1. Because the battery is prohibited product, many courier and logistics are unable to send, the arrival will slower than other products, please wait patiently after place the order. And we don't accept the dispute and negative review due to the long time delivery of the courier company and other factors.

2. About the delivery time:

a. The batteries ship to EU, US, CA are include custom clearance and tax. By sea take 45-55 work days; By air take 25-30 work days.The shipping information will be updated after the package finish the custom clearance and pick up by the local express.

b. For customers in Ukraine, UK,we can ship the from China to your door. By sea take 55-60 work days; By air take 25-35 work days. Remote areas can't be shipped, please contact the customer service.

c. For Russia, Belarus customers, it can only ship by sea or train, usually take 30-45 work days. d. Ship to Asia countries usually will take 20-30 work days. And the shipping details usually be updated after it arrive to local post.

3. Please make sure the recipient information is correct. After the batteries arrive to local transport station, it need to contact you to arrange the shipment. If due to your phone number is not right or could not contact you through message cause the delivery fail. We will not accept the dispute.

The warranty period is from the date you receive.
We only replace new cell for free due to the failure of manufacturing.
Before the shipment, we will detect the cell voltage/resistance/appearance and other issues. we can only ensure that single cell is good before the shipment.
When arrival you can test the cells within 1 week. If you find any problems, please contact us for refund or replace. Any return behavior buyers need to be responsible for shipping fee.
