Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide(LiNiMnCoO 2, NMC) cells are a version of a lithium-ion battery with a cell voltage of 3.7V. Has a higher energy density than LiFePO4 battery cell (LFP≥160wh/kg, NMC≥250wh/kg). Saves space for flexible module design. The metal shell facilitates heat dissipation. Less series-parallel thanks to large capacity for each cell. NMC is the battery of choice for power tools, e-bikes and other electric powertrains.
